Interdisciplinary research and content projects on folklore, ethical memory, and archival culture.

Hospitality Management and Business Ownership, 2019 to 2024
Managed bar and café operations and led teams at independent venues, including as Area Manager at Ten20 Craft Brewery (2024). Owned and operated Gaias Goddess Greens (2021 to 2023), overseeing procurement, production, sales, and customer relationships. Redesigned menus, purchasing, and training systems, including a 14% revenue increase at Ten20 and more than $30,000 in added revenue within six months at DiOrio's Pizza and Pub.
